Create draft bookings, confirm or cancel them, record deposits and check guests in straight from a booking. Walk-in guests are checked in from the room's card.
Flexible room pricing
Price plans by the hour, overnight, by the day and by the month, optionally tied to a room type, with extra-guest fees plus early check-in and late check-out fees. Prices are snapshotted when calculated, so later edits to a plan don't change past stays.
Check-out, payments and bills
Add extra services, apply a discount within the limit the Owner sets, record payments by cash, card, bank transfer or e-wallet, and print the bill. A bill must be paid in full before check-out can be confirmed.
Role-based access
Three roles — Owner, Manager and Staff — each seeing and doing only their own part of the work. Invite staff by email and they set their own password.
Multiple hotels, separated data
One organization can run several hotels and switch between them quickly. Each hotel's data is kept separate, and access is checked on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
