Room board by floor
See every room grouped by floor with three statuses: Empty, Occupied and Cleaning. Filter by status, search by room number, and see the guest and check-in time right on an occupied room's card.
HotelHub is hotel, small-hotel and motel management software that runs in your browser with nothing to install. Front desk staff see every room on one board, take bookings, check guests in and out, price stays by the hour, overnight, by the day or by the month, collect payments and print bills. Owners review revenue and occupancy for one or many hotels. The interface is available in English and Vietnamese and works well on a phone.

Create draft bookings, confirm or cancel them, record deposits and check guests in straight from a booking. Walk-in guests are checked in from the room's card.
Price plans by the hour, overnight, by the day and by the month, optionally tied to a room type, with extra-guest fees plus early check-in and late check-out fees. Prices are snapshotted when calculated, so later edits to a plan don't change past stays.
Add extra services, apply a discount within the limit the Owner sets, record payments by cash, card, bank transfer or e-wallet, and print the bill. A bill must be paid in full before check-out can be confirmed.
Three roles — Owner, Manager and Staff — each seeing and doing only their own part of the work. Invite staff by email and they set their own password.
One organization can run several hotels and switch between them quickly. Each hotel's data is kept separate, and access is checked on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
Revenue and occupancy by day, month, year or a custom date range; Owners also get an overview combining all their hotels. History lists every completed check-out with its bill.
English and Vietnamese interface, with printed bills in the hotel's default language. The site adapts to popular phone screens so front desk staff can work from anywhere.
